Welcome to ImageWorks, Shawn Thompson
ImageWorks Commercial Interiors is excited to announce Shawn Thompson will be joining the Arkansas sales team effective September 26. A graduate from the University of Central Arkansas, Shawn earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and a Master of Science degree in Interior Design Education. Shawn’s career spans 30 years in the commercial interiors industry. She began as a designer with notable A&D firms in Little Rock and subsequently taught design for 11 years at her alma mater. 15 years ago she transitioned into sales and has built a successful career representing lighting and wall covering manufacturers.
Shawn’s role will focus on new business development in central and northwest Arkansas. Her emphasis will be on end users and key A&D influencers. She is excited about her “new chapter” where she will be reunited with many old friends. “I’ve known Rhonda and several folks on the sales and design team here in Little Rock for over 20 years. I am impressed with the fact that ImageWorks is faith based and woman owned. They have earned a solid reputation through the projects they have done, the way they operate and the variety of lines they offer. It will be a great place for me to take care of my existing customers and serve new ones.”
Those who have worked with Shawn describe her as “dedicated, loyal, fun, bold and caring.”
Shawn feels strongly that her background in interior design gives her a competitive edge when dealing with clients and other designers. “Having both design and sales expertise, I can help quickly identify the right products and applications for any project. It helps to have that level of understanding so people feel they can trust in your recommendations.”
Rhonda Bradley, CEO of ImageWorks Commercial Interiors is thrilled to have Shawn join the team. “I have known Shawn most of my career. She is talented, focused and dedicated. Her commitment to the highest level of customer care and supporting our key influencers will certainly help her make an immediate contribution. She is a perfect fit for our culture and I’m looking forward to celebrating much success as a result of Shawn’s efforts.”
Shawn is actively involved with ASID as a professional member. She currently holds the office of Director of Communication for the south central chapter of ASID board of directors covering Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.
Shawn lives in Conway with her husband. Her grown children and grandchildren are nearby.
